What is my orchid sick with?

    Hello! My orchid has tiny little black spots on two of it's leaves. does anyone know what it is and if I can cure it? thank you!

    Is that an Oncidium alliance plant?

    If so, spotting is a common problem for them. Good air circulation will keep it down. There may be experts that can eliminate them but most hobbyists live with some spotting.

    Gentle wipe with rubbing alcohol will keep the spots getting bigger.

    And the first rule of anything suspicious is to isolate the plant and observe.

    @AnonYMouse I'm honestly not too sure what it is... it's the type of orchid that has psuedobulbs, long leaves and smells like chocolate

    That would be Onicidum Sharry Baby or a similar hybrid. As was mentioned, that is prone to spotting.
