    I looked at this also. Have not been on here since my wife passed in 2011. Lost my orchids while caring for her. It looks like Pleurothallis. Can't be sure. Have to go to other books. Not really familiar with Myoxanthus.

    Try Physosiphon also in Orchids of Guatamala and Belize. These have the single leaf holding the flower raceme.
