    Having no idea of what it was, (and I think others are puzzled as well) I turned the search over to Google. A Gastrochilus, perhaps? Google also came up with Pomatocalpa, a Vandaceous genus that I had not heard of but some photos have a similar look. I don't see a match that would make it possible to get down to species, but maybe this narrows the search at the genus level..

    I think you can rule out Gastrochilus. The foliage doesn't support that.

    I think it must be a Pomatocalpa of some kind.

    I think I agree with The tomato, it is Pomatocalpa maculosum.
