I have this cymbidium a few years now. What would you do to help it? Are those pseudobulbs revivable? What would you do to bring it back in great condition? I admit I found it's culture difficult. Its outside and rarely watered to avoid excessive rot

    Welcome!
Where to you live? That information will be very helpful in determining the correct advice.

Cyms like to stay on the damp side and that may be a good bit of the problem. They don't like to dry out! They will shed leaves in "drought" to conserve water. Where I live, this isn't a great time to be repotting Cyms, but maybe you need to take a look at those roots to see what you are dealing with. Those back bulbs look pretty plump, so that improves the odds of getting good new growth.
