    Hi all,
On some of my single leaf bulbos, sometimes the new growths have two leaves...

Any thoughts as to why this happens?

    Thanks,
    Jim T

I have no idea. I was wondering the same thing today, though. My bulbo levyae is doing that right now. What's super strange is that a flower is opening between the leaves...

I have noticed this in my collection too from time to time. I have always assumed it had to do with the use of chemicals. Though, that is a loose observation.

What causes those little trails on the older leaves? Is that from bush snails hoovering up algae?

They missed a lot. You need more snails.
