Zeer Pot culture for Masdie's?

Thanks Ray. Was just hoping I planted them correctly depth wise in relation to the pool of water. I'm assuming so.

One update though. With the fan blowing on them, the water evaporates from the saucer at an unbelievable rate! I also have another orchid a bit further away in a clay pot without leca, and I can tell you it is noticeably warmer than these two - by far in fact. I'd have to conclude that evaporative cooling is in fact happening, but what the exact temp difference is I have yet to test.
